Approximately 65 Soldiers from the 860th MP Company will deploy to Kuwait for 9-months on a . 39-121 to 39-122 and 39-128, I hereby request the following records:All documents containing policies and procedures that establish the authority/powers of the civilian review board, office of civilian complaints, civilian police commission, civilian inspector general, or other civilian oversight structure of the police department.If no civilian oversight board exists, copy of any policies or procedures for handling civilian complaints.The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. Any Officer receiving such authorization shall refrain from the use of deadly force if, in the opinion of the officer receiving the authorization, the use of deadly force is no longer justified and /or practical. Had she asked about the timeline or other common questions in these circumstances, she would have been equipped to properly investigate what had occurred.
