Edward was born March 28, 1946, in Goose Creek to parents Edward L. Hildebrand and Marjorie Livingston Hildebrand and has been a lifelong resident of Baytown. He was a graduate of Robert E. Lee High School and the University of Houston. Edward was a veteran of the US Army, served as a GCCISD School Board Trustee (1992-1997), a former deacon for First Presbyterian Church, and past master of Goose Creek Lodge 1192.
