But if you're as lucky as I am, maybe you'll get to take care of your parents in dying in a way that felt okay. Dose response curves show that just 150 minutes of exercise a week only 21 minutes a day lowers mortality rates by about 50 percent. Because the book was written at that time, and in a certain kind of way that's what the book is emerging from, it's being written out of a kind of ruins. And sometimes, the team would define weekly or biweekly sprints, but then would have a rigid quarterly plan that looks exactly like a waterfall approach. If you want to tell a story about the world, about truth and falsity, then interview a lot of people. According to government statistics, only about a quarter of Americans actually exercise in their leisure time. My focus in 2021 has been on diversifying our source of leads and we have been experimenting with many different approaches. Through our interactions with different teams, we have encountered cases when the agile process ended up being extremely inefficient for a number of reasons. With My Psychedelic Love Story, Morris offers us a tale in these troubling times when love seems a socially distanced commodity. I think there's a powerful incentive, frankly a kind of financial incentive, to make us believe that mostly it is horrible.
